COACH ASHLEY HAYES - DIRECTOR OF HIGH PERFORMANCE -
We are beyond excited to welcome Ashley Hayes as the Director of Girls High Performance at Chilliwack Basketball Academy!
Ashley brings an incredible wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to our growing girls basketball community. With 15+ years of high school head coaching experience, 5+ years of club coaching, and a playing background at Simon Fraser University, Ashley knows what it takes to help athletes reach the next level.
Over the past six seasons, Ashley has led teams to compete at four BC Provincial Championships, while building programs focused on:
- Skill Development
- Confidence
- Leadership
- Team Culture
Beyond team coaching, Ashley has helped 20+ athletes continue their basketball journeys at the collegiate and university level through her commitment to individual skill development and athlete growth.
Ashley’s vision is simple: “Create an environment where girls can grow their confidence, elevate their game, and enjoy the process.”
At CBA, we believe girls deserve programs built specifically for them — with strong female leadership, positive role models, and opportunities to become the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.
