Coach PAM DANIS - YOUTH COORDINATOR & GIRLS PROGRAM DIRECTOR 


  • Elite playing & coaching pedigree: Pam captained the University of Winnipeg Wesmen to three CIS (U SPORTS) national championships and earned induction into the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame 
  • 12 years as University of Manitoba head coach, where she also served as a kinesiology faculty member and President of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association 
  • Adaptive, inclusive leadership: Founded the Big Country Basketball Academy and created “Running with the Bison,” an outreach program for Indigenous youth—earning a University of Manitoba community service award and Ontario’s “Leading Women, Building Communities” award 
  • Educational expertise & inclusivity focus: Holds both BEd and BA degrees, has teaching experience in public and independent schools, and is a passionate advocate for access, equity, and inclusion in youth sport .

Chilliwack Basketball Association  Refund Policy
Due to the unrecoverable nature of program related expenses, in place of refunds, at the discretion of the program director, a credit will be applied to a future Chilliwack Basketball Association program.

In extenuating circumstance refund requests will be at the discretion of Chilliwack Basketball Association. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]  and should contain athlete name, program name, and contact phone number.
